Monster Jam, the unexpected, unscripted and unforgettable, most family-friendly motor sport in the world today, was EPIC!!! Listen, I’m not sure if Monster Jam was around or not when some of us were kids but, I just relived my whole childhood at the D.C. show this past Saturday. Now, my son who just turned eight was with me, but honestly, you couldn’t tell who the child was. I knew that he would enjoy it and have a blast, but I was not expecting to have as much fun as I did, and to be as excited as I was.
Total shocker!
Our seats were so close, on the first floor, so the adrenaline rush felt, was awesome. Personally, I feel that all of the trucks were super bad, but my favorites were of course, Grave Digger, Monster Mutt Dalmatian, and Barbaria. I believe my son loved them all, but who could blame him? I know that I wasn’t the only adult that had to gather themselves quickly, from totally be obsessed with the tricks and entertainment that we all witnessed. I strongly encourage everyone to check out MonsterJam.com for tickets and dates on shows in your city. It’s a family friendly night, that is well worth the time spent and the ticket cost. Not only children of all ages, but family members of all ages can thoroughly enjoy an evening with Monster Jam. My son is still talking about it. We can’t wait until Monster Jam comes back to D.C.
